Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AiArtAny ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AiArtAny provides AI-powered image generation tools including emoji pack creation, marketing image generation, storybook generation, pet portraits, photo transformation, and other creative AI features. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities and credit usage under your account

Credits and Payment

AiArtAny operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in packages via Stripe and consumed per AI generation
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of service error
• Failed generations due to service errors are automatically refunded to your credit balance
• Credit costs per generation are displayed before you confirm each request
• You must provide accurate billing information for credit purchases
• Prices for credit packages may change with prior notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AiArtAny to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
• Depicts real individuals without their consent
• Infringes on intellectual property or copyrights
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or spread misinformation
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.

Ownership of Generated Content

Regarding content ownership:

• You retain ownership of images you upload to the service
• You own the generated images produced from your prompts and credits
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
• AiArtAny retains no claim over the creative output generated for you

Intellectual Property

The AiArtAny platform, including its design, code, branding, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform itself.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our AI generation services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation times may vary depending on server load and third-party AI service availability. We are not liable for delays or temporary unavailability.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, generate prohibited content, abuse the credit system, or engage in any conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiArtAny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to issues with AI-generated content quality or accuracy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of AiArtAny after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
