All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data with industry-leading security standards, ensuring your financial information is always protected.

Credits are consumed when you generate or edit images. The cost per image depends on the model you choose: FLUX costs 2 credits (~5s, loosest moderation) and GPT Image 2 costs 10 credits (40–60s, complex tasks, strict moderation). Text-based operations like prompt enhancement cost 1 credit. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

If a generation fails due to a service error, credits are automatically refunded to your account immediately. For purchase refunds, please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the credits. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time from the pricing page. Credits from multiple purchases are added together. Each pack is valid for 1 year from its purchase date.

No. Generating sexual, explicit or otherwise NSFW imagery is not supported, and requests for it are blocked by the image models themselves. The same applies to content depicting real people without their consent, and to anything illegal. Credits spent on a request rejected by a model are refunded automatically, but repeated attempts may result in your account being suspended.
