What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data with industry-leading security standards, ensuring your financial information is always protected.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you generate images. Each image generation costs 5 credits, regardless of which AI tool you use. Text-based operations like prompt enhancement cost 1 credit. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What is your refund policy?
If a generation fails due to a service error, credits are automatically refunded to your account immediately. For purchase refunds, please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the credits. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time from the pricing page. Credits from multiple purchases are added together. Each pack is valid for 1 year from its purchase date.
